Refunds through Paddle

Your refund period

You can request a refund for a change of mind within 30 days of your purchase date. Refunds are assessed and processed by Paddle under Paddle’s Refund Policy, and Paddle’s decision on eligibility is final for requests made to us. The Move Pass is a one-off purchase, not an automatically renewing subscription, so there is no renewal charge to cancel.

How to request a refund

Visit paddle.net for purchase support and refund requests. Have your checkout email, order date and receipt or transaction reference ready. Identify the purchase as the Key to Thailand Thailand Move Pass.

If you need help locating your purchase, use our contact form. Do not send card numbers, passwords or identity documents. The time for approved refunds to reach you depends on your payment method and financial institution.

What happens to your access

Move Pass access ends once a full refund is approved and confirmed to our service. Approved chargebacks or payment reversals also revoke paid access. A pending refund request or partial refund does not automatically revoke access. You can continue to browse properties, send free enquiries and use free account features.

Your consumer rights

Nothing on this page limits your rights or remedies under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law where applicable. Contact Paddle for assistance with a faulty, misdescribed or otherwise eligible purchase.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the digital Thailand Move Pass sold by Key to Thailand. It does not cover rent, property deposits, home purchases or services purchased separately from landlords, agents or other providers; those have their own agreements and applicable legal rights.
